Booking & Availability
Our Essentials package starts from a 1-hour service for small gatherings and pop-ups — happy to chat if your event is even smaller or has unusual timing.
There's no fixed lead time — if we're available, we can quote you and lock in your booking once the deposit is paid. That said, earlier enquiries have a better chance of securing your preferred date, especially during busy periods.
Yes — from small office mornings to large-scale festivals and multi-thousand-attendee events, we scale to suit. Tell us your expected numbers on the enquiry form and we'll put together the right setup for your event.
Yes — we hold public liability insurance, which many corporate clients, councils and event organisers require. A certificate of currency is available on request once your booking is confirmed.
Menu & Drinks
We exclusively use our own OmniSoul blend, roasted fresh right here in Adelaide — a specialty blend with rich chocolate and nutty notes, crafted to taste great across espresso, flat whites, lattes and iced coffee.
Every booking includes an expert barista — not a push-button machine, the same quality we roast and serve every day in Adelaide.
You get our full menu — coffee classics, chocolate and chai, iced drinks and seasonal specials, plus all milk options. Let us know if there's anything specific you'd like featured for your event.
Yes — we offer a full range including full cream, skim, lactose-free, oat, almond and soy milk, all included at no extra charge, with decaf available on request.
Yes — extra shots, decaf and flavoured syrups are all available as add-ons, $1 each.
We use eco-friendly cups and lids as standard across every package — no need to provide your own.
Yes — for corporate events and brand activations, you're welcome to supply your own branded cups and lids. Just mention this when you send through your enquiry.
Service Styles for Big Crowds
Grab & Go is our fastest service style for short breaks. Instead of taking orders, our baristas keep making cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites and line them up on a table, and guests simply grab one and go, with a sugar station so they can sweeten their own. Anyone who wants something different, like oat milk or a mocha, just asks the barista and we make it fresh. We've served 300 cups in 2 hours this way — ideal for conference breaks and staff morning teas.
At large events, guests order and pay at the van and receive a numbered ticket with an approximate pick-up time. Instead of standing in line, they enjoy the event and come back when their number is called. It keeps queues short even with thousands of attendees.
Grab & Go suits short breaks where the host pays and everyone wants coffee at once. Number tickets suit festivals, markets and large events where guests pay for their own. For everything else, our standard made-to-order service works beautifully. Tell us your numbers and timing in the enquiry form and we'll recommend the best fit.
Cupcakes
The minimum is 60 cupcakes per event — above that, order as many as you need. As a guide, allow one per guest, or a few extra if they're doubling as dessert.
Our standard flavours are Vanilla Sprinkles, Vanilla Oreo, Vanilla Marshmallow Oreo, Biscoff and Peanut Butter. You’re welcome to mix and match, with a minimum of 6 cupcakes per flavour or design. Please note our Peanut Butter cupcakes contain peanuts, so let us know about any nut allergies at your event.
At least 48 hours for our standard selection, and at least 7 days for custom colours, patterns or fillings. For weddings and big events, add cupcakes when you book the van so we can plan everything together.
Cupcakes are offered as an add-on to a coffee van booking, so they arrive with your coffee on the day.
Cupcakes are priced per cupcake and included in your event quote. Custom colours, patterns and fillings are an extra charge depending on the design — we confirm everything in writing before you book.
Yes — send us your colours, a photo of your theme or your brand guidelines with your enquiry, and we'll match the frosting and decoration. Custom colours and patterns are an extra charge and need at least 7 days' notice.
Yes — a filling inside each cupcake is available at an extra charge. Ask about current fillings when you enquire. Fillings count as a custom order, so allow at least 7 days.

Numbers and designs can be changed up to 48 hours before the event for the standard selection, and up to 7 days before for custom designs. After that the cupcakes are already being made, so the confirmed order is charged.
Setup & Requirements
No — our van is fully self-contained, running on battery and solar power. No power or water hookup needed, which means we can set up almost anywhere.
No noisy generators here — we're fully self-sufficient and eco-friendly, running on a silent battery system.
We need a relatively flat area of approximately 6.5m x 3m to set up comfortably.
We serve from the passenger side of the vehicle — worth keeping in mind when planning where guests will queue.
We allow 10 minutes to set up before service starts — no need to factor in extra time on your end.
Pricing & Policies
No travel fee within the Adelaide metro area. Not sure if you're in range? Just pop your suburb into the enquiry form and we'll let you know if any travel fee applies.
We come prepared for Adelaide weather and can usually work around it — get in touch if conditions look tricky for your event and we'll sort out the best approach together.
No problem — extra cups are charged at $6 each. We plan service in half-hour blocks (roughly 20 cups per half hour), so if your event runs longer or busier than expected, we'll simply account for the extra time and cups.
Yes — a 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due on completion of service. If you need to cancel, please give us at least one week's notice — cancellations within one week of the event are non-refundable.
