We roast our own OmniSoul blend in Adelaide, which means we control every step of quality. When our van pulls up to your event, every cup is made with coffee we're personally proud of.

Born in Hong Kong
Lygon Coffee was established in the heart of Hong Kong — roasting specialty beans and hand-crafting drip bags for weekend markets. A love letter to third-wave coffee, one cup at a time.
Adelaide Calls
A leap of faith across the ocean. We landed in Adelaide and launched our very first coffee van — starting from scratch at CBD Public Car Park with nothing but beans, belief, and a whole lot of unknowns.
Second Van, Greener Future
Four years of grit paid off. We upgraded to our second van and made a conscious decision to ditch the petrol generator entirely. The new van runs on electricity and gas, charged by solar panels — making every cup we pour kinder to the planet. We also launched our own in-house roasting operation, defining the Lygon Coffee flavour from seed to cup.

We now serve 35+ offices and locations daily, with 150+ loyal customers who count on us every morning. From intimate corporate stops to landmark events — Lygon is woven into the fabric of Adelaide's coffee culture.
