How Payment Works

Buy your machine outright or finance it through Geared Finance. Either way it's yours from day one. Then choose how you'd like your beans.

Agree to 12 months of beans and pay less per kilo. After 12 months it simply rolls month to month. Your machine is still yours from day one, bought outright or financed through Geared Finance.

Option B — How the Agreement Works
Simple and fair.
Your 12-month bean agreement, in plain terms.
Machine ownership
The machine is yours from day one, whether you buy it outright or finance it through Geared Finance. The bean agreement is separate from the machine.
Agreement length
12 months at the lower bean price, then it rolls month to month. You can stop any time after the first 12 months.
Minimum bean order
A minimum order applies, based on your machine and team size. We agree it with you at quote stage, so it fits how your office actually drinks coffee.
Free starter box
Your first 6 kg box of beans is free when you sign the 12-month agreement.
If the agreement ends early
If it ends within the first 12 months, the value of the free starter box is repaid, as set out in your written agreement.
Cancellation after ordering
Once your machine has been ordered on your behalf, cancellation may incur a restocking fee. We'll confirm this before your order is placed, so there are no surprises.
Warranty
Every machine carries a 12-month commercial parts warranty. We help you lodge any claim with the supplier.
Delivery & installation
Delivery and setup are included for most machines. Machines that must be plumbed in, such as the Necta Kalea Plus, need a plumber to connect water, quoted separately.
