What does the member discount apply to?
Coffee beans: our blends and single origins. It doesn't apply to coffee subscriptions (which already save 10%), machines, equipment, accessories or gift cards.
How is my tier worked out?
It's based on what you've spent with us online over the past 12 months, after refunds. Your tier updates automatically as your orders are processed.
Can I lose my tier?
Your tier follows a rolling 12 months, so it moves with your recent orders. Keep enjoying your coffee and your tier stays put.
Can I use points and my member discount together?
Yes. Your member discount is applied automatically, and you can redeem points on the same order.
