How does the LygonCoffee coffee subscription work?
Choose OmniSoul in the bag size and grind you want, pick a delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks and check out. We roast in Adelaide and ship by courier, and your card is charged each time an order goes out.
What will I pay each time?
Subscribers save 10% on every delivery: 250g is $17.10, 500g is $32.40, 1kg is $61.20 and 6kg is $332.10. Delivery is added at checkout when your coffee order is under $65.
Is delivery included?
We deliver anywhere in Australia by courier. Delivery is free on coffee orders over $65, and smaller orders pay a flat delivery fee shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel any time from My Account. If you are running low you can renew early. To change your bag size or delivery rhythm, contact us and we will update it for you.
Should I choose whole bean or ground?
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder, as whole beans stay fresher for longer. Otherwise we can grind for espresso, filter or plunger.
Can I subscribe to single-origin coffee or decaf?
Subscriptions are for OmniSoul, our house blend. Our single origins and Swiss Water decaf are roasted in small runs and sold as one-off orders.
When will my coffee arrive?
Your first order is roasted and sent after you check out. After that, a new order is created every 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on your rhythm. Courier delivery times depend on where you are in Australia.
Can I give a coffee subscription as a gift?
The easiest way is a LygonCoffee eGift Card. The person you are gifting can use it to start their own subscription in the bag size and grind that suits them.
