How is my gift card delivered?
By email. You add the recipient’s email address and a personal message at checkout, and choose the date it arrives. You can also send it to yourself to print or hand over.
What can the gift card be used for?
Any of our coffee beans: the OmniSoul house blend, our single origins and Swiss Water decaf, all roasted to order in Adelaide. It can’t be used on machines or accessories, and it can’t be exchanged for cash.
Can I order for my whole team?
Yes. For 10 or more cards we take 5% off. Email us how many cards and which values, we send an invoice, and once it’s paid we email you the codes or send them straight to each person.
How long is the gift card valid?
3 years from the date of purchase.
What if they don’t spend it all at once?
The remaining balance stays on the card for their next order. If an order costs more than the card, they pay the difference at checkout.
How does delivery work?
Coffee orders over $78 ship free. Orders under $78 have a flat delivery fee. An $80 card covers a 1kg bag with free delivery.
Will the coffee arrive before Christmas?
The card arrives on the date you choose. Coffee is roasted when the recipient places their order, so beans ordered close to Christmas may arrive after 25 December.
