Every workplace has one: the machine in the corner, a pile of used grounds in the sink, one battered milk jug and nobody quite sure who cleans what. This office coffee station kit turns that corner into somewhere people actually enjoy making coffee.

Why it helps

When the right tools are on the bench, everyone makes a better coffee and the space stays clean. Three jug sizes cover a single latte through to the morning meeting round, a temperature sticker on every jug stops milk being burnt, and the cleaning supplies make it easy to share the job.

• Rhino stainless steel knock box: sits neatly on the bench, with a non-slip base

Keep it running

1. Knock out pucks and wipe the steam wand after every coffee.
2. At the end of each day, rinse the jugs and run a cleaning tablet through the machine (if it supports backflushing).
3. Check your machine’s manual for how often to clean the milk system.
