Comandante’s C40 became the hand grinder baristas around the world swear by. With the C60, they asked how big a burr could fit in a hand grinder without losing that famous grind quality. The answer is the 60mm Baracuda.

Why the C60?

It grinds about 1 gram per second at filter settings, much faster than most hand grinders, with the clarity and sweetness Comandante is known for. The stepped Gold Clix adjustment makes it easy to move between filter and espresso.

What it is

• 60mm Baracuda conical burrs in Comandante’s Nitro Rex steel
• Stone washed stainless steel unibody
• GX50 Gold Clix stepped grind adjustment
• Holds 45g of beans. Includes polymer bean jars and lid

How to use it

1. Fill with up to 45g of beans.
2. Set your grind by counting clicks from closed.
3. Grind. At filter settings that’s about 1 gram per second.
