For when pour-over becomes a ritual
At first it’s just a better coffee. Then you start noticing how a few degrees of water temperature changes the cup, and how a finer grind brings out sweetness. This V60 pour over set gives you the control to chase those details.
Why these pieces?
A ceramic dripper holds heat better than plastic, so the brew stays stable. The electric gooseneck kettle lets you choose your exact water temperature: cooler for darker roasts, hotter for light ones. A good hand grinder makes even grounds, which means an even extraction.
What’s in the kit
- Hario V60 02 ceramic dripper (white)
- Hario V60 glass server
- Bonavita 1.0L variable-temperature gooseneck kettle: set it anywhere from 60°C to 98°C, then hold that temperature for up to an hour
- Hario Column hand grinder: ceramic burrs in a wooden body
- Rhino brewing scale (3kg) with built-in timer
- Hario V60 02 paper filters (100 pack)
How to brew
- Set the kettle to 93°C. Grind 15g of coffee medium-fine and rinse the paper.
- Pour 50g of water to bloom and wait 26 seconds, then pour slowly to 225g.
- Aim to finish draining around 2½–3 minutes, then taste. Grind finer or coarser next time to fine-tune.
Good to know
- The Column grinder holds about 40g of beans, enough for two cups.
- The kettle has a 1000W element, so it heats quickly.
- Pre-warm the ceramic dripper with hot water before brewing.
- Ships direct within 1–2 business days. Delivery is calculated at checkout.
