Why the 58 Plus?
A three-level preheat matches your brew temperature to dark, medium or light roasts. Both high- and low-flow baskets are included, giving you full control over flow and flavour. The preheat controller detaches, so you can brew off-grid.

How to pull a shot
- Preheat on low, medium or high to suit your roast.
- Dose 16–20g, tamp and lock in.
- Add water and pull the lever, watching the gauge.
